If the content of this book mirrors the same straw grasping as this article, I wouldn't be surprised if a judge actually considers their case unless the Defendants Lawyer proficiently invokes the 1st Amendment.

The way this article is written reminded me of an episode in the Sopranos when Tony explains Mafia Style Vulture Capitalism. "........Well the owner who knows the guy, who will buy the business from the other guy, that knows the guy who will load it up with debt, who is connected to the guy who is friends with the guy........"

IMO, the article may mention guilty people, but it doesn't necessarily prove the defendants that are suing are guilty of what the other party alleges. The writer starts out with pics, marries in a couple of Muslim African Americans, tries to connect them by religion to the Radicals in Pakistan that murdered the Jewish Wall Street Journalist Daniel Pearls and in a twist ends up with a Brittish failed shoe bomber and suggests the DC sniper somehow fits into this whole scenario again threw religion.

Kinda like Marrying together Hitler, Mc Veigh and the Westboro Baptist Church.

The article also seems to suggest that since 2002, our FEDS have not been able to make an arrest even though there's an NYPD informant who palle around with them for eight years? Perhaps our FEDS are just not smart enough to connect the dots like this FOX editor did.

Forthcoming FOX News will be some article marring the POTUS to something Muslim joined with a mathematically incorrect misleading graph or fake poll. I can hear it now, "We went around and asked 5 million people if they think the POTUS could be covering up for Muslims of America, and 165% of them said yes, Could 5 million people be wrong?"

So Bring it on, bring on a lesson that both sides may need to learn. Civil liberties protected under the Constitutions first Amendment. Freedom of religion and freedom of speech, welcome to America.
