I see nothing wrong with the shirt, now if the kid was disorderly and disrespectful then there is a problem. The teacher probably got ticked off because the kid didn't cower down to him and said no. I can see that teacher's face turning red now.

FOX is purposely leaving out what h3ll he brought upon that Teacher fueled from someone at home constantly parroting "they're a cum'n fer our gunz."
What happen to respecting the people we entrust to teach our children? That said, the kid should have rolled back from flapping his gums and/or threatening the Teacher, taken the damn shirt off, changed into his gym shirt and then his PARENTS should have taken it up with the School in a CIVIL manner.

Sounds as if the school will be getting their check book out if the right attorney takes the case on! Not a very bright move for such educated people!
