    Do we need him to say or confess to anything to prosecute him for his crimes?

    I believe there is more than enough physical and other evidence to convict and execute him that there is no need to ask him anything concerning the crimes he has committed to get a successful conviction for those crimes therefore no Miranda needed...

    If I read the article, from the NYC correctly, the suspect is a naturalized American citizen, so I would think Miranda would be in order. This is not to say that he could not be denaturalized and deported. Just my two cents.

    Didn't take long, what do bet there is a line around the courthouse of lawyers wanting to be appointed/hired for this case, so they can get in a tell him to clam-up and keep silent about what you know, who you know and what plans are still in the works. All so they can get unpaid face time on every TV in the land.
