Once the judge signs the expungement order it wipes the slate clean. He is lucky he has a second chance in law enforcement. I hope he learned from this mistake. I am not saying I agree or disagree I am stating facts on the expungement process.
This is jacked. Is there a level on which this makes sense? I'll behave and not comment on the man's English.
I think I'll stick with no comment.
