I watched the video this morning. What a disgusting display by the bus driver. I know as a parent of a child I would have gotten on that bus and taken care of business. The bus driver should have gone directly to jail.

She broke this kids ankle and is not in jail and the remedy they came up with is more training?
More training my behind, perhaps human resources who are in charge of hiring need to assert more common sense scenario questioning during the interview process before hiring just anyone?
