New Jersey did away with the death penalty about three years ago. To many liberals in this state to excute someone. Not one person was put to death here since it was reinstated. All sentences we converted to life with no parole witch also cut down on the lenthy appeal process saving the taxpayers money. Cases that would have been death penalty cases are now life with no parole. I still have mixed feeling about this.

Seriously Mr. O'Malley!! What about the lives of the victims? What about justice? Typical ignorant political psychobabble.
Expedite post conviction appeals for the death penalty! Some people are beyond redemption and should be strapped down and ride the lightning.
