Sad situation Many legislatures are passing laws to keep employers out of social media accounts since because of departmental rules and policies they can infringe on privacy and free speech, association and expression! The old field training officer adage dont type anything into the MDT pager or cell phone or say it on the radio or departmental telephone (taped lines) you would not want your mom or a wife or jury to hear!

This is why I refuse to open a FB account. Just one of many ways your employer can track you, yet we have many people at work that still post things on FB that make you roll your eyes.
