RIP, Brother and Sister in blue, and I pray the Lord blesses the families of these fine Officers. I had met them both, but was never fortunate to work with them. These are the first two fallen officers for the City of Santa Cruz. Of all the jurisdictions in my district this PD is the one we have worked with the most in my career.
