glad this officer is okay, really would have liked to see a pic of the perp wearing his felony turban
Unfortunately, this is a common occurrence in Rochester and if the new gun law stands I am afraid will only get worse.. I have known Sam Ognibene since he got on the job and am glad he was not physically injured. Sam's a good guy and I know he did his job well as he always does. He's also a big guy, so if after the bad guy dropped he tackled the bad guy I know he was left wondering what brick wall hiit him. Glad Sam was able to go home to his family and the bad guy went to jail.
Hope officer of ok, Question should be, is the perp still alive.
