Somebody needs to drop Joel Vaughan, identified as the step-father of Stilson, on his head so as to wake him up to the reality bouncing a baby off of the ground does not equate to Stilson being a "good honorable boy." Good and honorable went out the window the moment Stilson, by his own admission, slam-dunked the child. Babies cry..... That's just what they do. There is no justification for this kind of act. I don't care how many hours he works or how exhausted and or stressed out he may be.

DFACS need to do their job right and permanently take the baby away from the father. Mark my words, this is going to happen again with that poor, defenseless baby left with his father. This will never be an isolated case! Obviously the father has anger management problems. No good parent would throw their baby on the floor if their infant wouldn't stop crying or get that angry over it!

"Derek is not a violent person," Vaughan said. "He is a good honorable boy. He works hard and he cares for his family."

He should spend the rest of his worthless life in prison where he might get thrown off an upper tier and crush his skull on the floor below.

I truly hate when I have to deal w/ these types of cases. From my experiences, this is likely not the first time that the father has injured his child; probably, just the first time he has been caught. It is awful. This man should be locked up for a very long time.

    HUGE BUMP..!! ssu459

As far as this "Creep"+)**^&^%%#@@!!!! is concerned, I think that by his statements alone to the 911 dispatcher; "Are they going to take him to the hospital or something?", shows clearly that he just dosn't have a clue to any form of common sense. What a simpleton..!! And his stepfather seems to be from the same gene pool..!!

If I were a person so disposed to violence I would say that daddy needs to be body slammed to the parking lot from atop an eight story building.Let's just pray this human waste does not appear in front of the usual, liberal judgeHe needs serious time in the joint where peiople will give him a serious attitude adjustment.
