Okay let me get this straight, she got fired for calling the police on a drunk (patron and Officer of the Foreign Legion) who ended up getting a DWI. Sounds like she did the right thing and a little office politics came into play.
Maybe the local officers should be stopping through and doing a few more liquor inspections there. Obviously the bar doesn't seem to care about the liquor laws if they continue serviing alcohol after someone has obviously had too much and then fire the person that was trying to do the right thing because the drunk was getting into a 2 ton weapon and going to play Rusian Roulette with the lives of others.

Under the host law the establishment can be sued had he caused an accident, and she was supposed to refuse service.

DeVito says she came into work and the man was there and pretty much hammered. She then says she continuted to serve him. Just SMH.

Would-be drunk drivers should always fear that there is a police officer waiting for them.
