Another way I see PC going rampid. Joe Schmo next door does this and we see a funny past time, someone with authority does this and we focus on just what's on the bikini top. Then again with me in the boonies of florida I see these ALL the time. Now I can see how doing this during Black History Month could be seen as poor timing, but still.
