His attorney said he/Davis deserves this! No, he does not deserve anything less than what he gave - death! He got two life sentences and hasn't completed one yet! He needs to stay where he is until he stops wasting oxygen.

Murder is not a temporary offense. The loss is permanent and the punishment should be the same!

I believe Mr. Davis should immediately be moved into the residence of his attorney Mr. Beckman, with a monitor.Beckman claims he is deserving, ergo let's begin the experiment.I would also highly recommend a mental competency hearing for Governor Jerry Brown. This gent has always marched to the beat of a different drummer,or,maybe he just hears drums the rest of us don't

Dear God in Heaven please don't let a mail-order Doctor of Divinity and a correspondence-course Bachelors in Philosophy and Religion mitigate Murder in the First Degree!

Ditto Whalewatcher. I am glad CA has Jerry Brown and I am over 1500 miles east. I do not care what accomplishments this piece of human waste has accomplishment. Keep him in lock up another 50 years and then release this low life.

He's a twice-convicted felon, both for murder. He shouldn't even be considered for parole !!
