Unfortunately, it's likely only simple notification that is required by law. This has the potential to cause big headaches for people. With it limited to only 104 people, they really should step up and offer the credit monitoring.
When there have been leaks of this type of info, some organizations have offered to foot the bill for a year or two of premium credit monitoring and ID theft protection services. I don't know if Littleton can afford this--maybe their liability insurance can cover it.
