    YET ONE ADDITIONAL attempt capital murder of a Law Enforcement Officer. If caught, the driver will probably get "probation" or some other silly stuff. Only in America. If they only had banned and outlawed motor vehicles this tragedy could never have happened. Mr Biden, are you listening here?
