The arrest info says Criminal Mischief,Assault and Harassment. Does not go into detail en re to the assault charge.In the jurisdictions I worked it would probably have been feloneous assaul due to her losing consciousness and the resultant damages.---At any rate I would judge we can now safely say"FORMER" Police Capt.
