She was actually arrested for a probation violation warrant and not for shoveling the driveway. This is of course much better than her usual MO of breaking into houses and cleaning them and then leaving a bill for $75 for her services. Woman is a real fruitcake but many people apparently either paid her the $75 or just did not report the B&E because she did a good job cleaning their home!

The instant you cross the border into TJ and stop at a light, window-cleaning fairies come out of nowhere and spray down your windshield. You have to frantically wave them off before they spray. If you don't, they will expect money 1/2 way through the job or just walk away leaving you a half-dirty windshield. Or half-clean. Depending on your attitude toward life.
