Lane County Sheriff says court has final say on guns

“on whether improvements can be made to increase public safety while upholding the Constitution and following the laws of our country.” So disarming law biding citizens upholds the Constitution and follows the laws of our country? What about the non-law biding citizens who break the law, commit crimes and kill people? Our courts let many of them out to do it all over again. If law biding citizens carry guns and criminals are PUNISHED public safety would truly prosper!! Oh and by the way didn't I read somewhere this is a government of the people, by the people, for the people. It's not about the administration. It's about the safety of law biding American citizens who already have the right to bear arms under this very same Constitution.
