There are already taxes on fuel imposed by the feds, state and local city and county governments that are supposed to go specifically for road maintenance. Doesn't road maintenance include the filling and or repair of potholes?

Folks pays lots of money to repair their cars due to potholes. So the solution is raising taxes so people will spend even more for something already taxed? "The bureaucratic mindset is the only constant in the universe". I've heard that somewhere before...
