When criminals are arrested on gun related charges and then the courts gives them a slap on the wrest, now the government wants more gun control for the courts not to enforce them too. With all the anti-gun laws on the books now what makes them think more will solve the gun violence problem in cities across America. Who is going to stop criminals, gangs and the mentally disturbed from obtaining the type of assault weapons and clips they are trying to ban. Until they can stop those folks from getting their hands on any type of weapons they should not be trying to ban any type of weapons or clips until criminals can no longer obtain them.

This is something that needs to be viewed, but taking away guns from law abiding citizens is not the way to go about this. The criminals will get the guns they want illegally. They dont go about it through the legal system.
