Dem. Rep. Introduces Bill to Abolish Presidential Term Limits — Does it Have Any Chance of Succeeding?

Jonas and Cakdep1, Obama does not follow the Constitution as he has demonstrated. If Congress does not want something or it gets voted down and he wants it, he simply issues an Executive Order! This is how Obamacare was brought about. It WAS NOT voted in. What needs to be done is hold on to the House in the next election and also gain control of the Senate and impeach his sorry butt. Without control of both he cannot be impeached! What Obama wants is enough time to ensure that he has the power to take over completely by appointing enough Supreme Court Justices so that nothing can stop him except a physical overthrow. He just needs enough time to either get the Military to support him or weaken the Military enough that his DHS and FEMA troops along with the Unions can force that issue. He cannot get the police to support him or his Dictatorship and it looks like the Military also will not support him.
Obama needs to be ousted before anymore damage can be done.

You know someone will vote for it. It's one of those things the American public has to be alert to, otherwise they'll be the ones who get stuck. Seems to happen when people become complacent.

Maybe the politician who has repeatedly sponsored the SAME legislation will be reprimanded by his party!!!!! N O T !!!!!!!!
As long as the democrats have control of a house then anything is possible when they bend the rules for things like OBAMA CARE which was not supposed to pass either!!! MAYBE THEY WILL USE THE EXECUITIVE ORDER METHOD LIKE IS BEING TALKED ABOUT FOR firearms!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If its died in the past, why are they trying again? Congress needs to fix the budget, social welfare and so much more before bringing something like this up! They need to get their heads out of their a**es.
