    What a crock of Cr@p!

    A level of .01% could result in punishment, .04% could get you a fitness for duty?

    Are they going to test all ranks up to and including the Admirals and Generals? Even been to the bar of an "O" club?

    This is a typical knee jerk and ridiculous reaction to a relatively small problem.

    We will not have a Navy or Marine Corps left...
