Man arrested for stealing, selling cemetery vases for scrap

I hate the fact that some of these recycling centers are not as vigilant as they should be with some of the junk being brought in for scrap and a cash pay out...... especially when it comes to items obviously taken from a cemetery, park or some other county or city facility. That, in and of itself is as criminal as the crook that stole and brought them the item(s).
