I can't imagine what a "person" like this is thinking...My bet is she's on drugs...That's the only thing I can think of that would make a parent think that it would be a good idea to leave a defenseless little girl alone in a cold car for even a minute, let alone for hours. Sterilize her so she can't do this to anyone else...

Obviously not much of a mom. Apparently she loves shopping more than her little angel. Time for the angel to go to a more deserving mom than the egg donor that was there.
