Children found home alone ask Osceola County deputy to watch them

After reading this I applaud the parents that call to see if their 13 year old daughter is old enough to watch their 8 year old for an hour or two. The 5 year old is smarter than his mother. This female needs a brain transplant not parenting classes.

Forced sterilization comes to mind.

Every State in the Union makes prospective drivers take a class along with written and driving tests before giving them a license...

This is just one more example for those that would argue we should do the same thing for those wishing to have children...
