Myrtle Beach police officer shot neighbor's dog

It's the neighbors fault, the dog should be tied up if it can't stay on it's own property. The dog deserved it. Basic rule of thumb, keep your dogs away from police officers, they are trained to eliminate any threat. It's just how it is.
