Even if he wins the suit (bogus one if you ask me) he'll probably fail out of FTO because "my training officer and the suspects were too hard on me! Boo hoo! I want money for my trouble without having to work for it!!

I had to look it up...1.5 miles in 12:53 (Men's 20-29 age group) or 13:24 (Men's 30-39 age group). Doesn't seem too unrealistic to me.
