    Uh Hu. The key words here are "He was taking part in the occupy protest and was trying to walk home" Right.I was an officer in a major metropolitan area which saw riots for seven straight years.If he was trying to walk home,I'm the tooth fairy.It was his option to be where he was and I can very well imagine what he said and did to the police.
