Walmart should be backing up their employees and the sub contractor security officer until the investigation is over a cause of death is determined. I could say a lot more about this but I won't. Hopefully it will have a good outcome.........The bad guy, well......................!

As long as they were within the law on using force then I hope they do not face any charges. Who cares whether or not they are police officers or not. They should be able to protect themselves against criminals just as police officers have that right. Bet that thief won't do that again.

This would only be excusable if the security guards were real police officers. Many Walmarts do employ real police officers. If this walmart wasn't being cheap and got the real deal, this would of been a non-issue. Resisting arrest, open and shut.
