Sounds like the real problem was not his sex on duty, which prob ably would have resulted in suspension, but lying about it. Lying about anything as a LEO is a sure fire way to get into trouble, and in many depts is is a fast way to get terminated.

I'm back. Let me make my 1st comment crystal clear. She had sex with him at least 50 times, WILLINGLY!!! I don't condone it. But that's a freakin' relationship. Not saying it's right. But it still sounds like a relationship. Never once did she use the word rape! This was concensual from what I see. However it was on duty and there's still no cure, I guess!

Wow she only had sex with him 50 times. Isn't that almost like a relationship? Was he not cute enough? Like where was she when all this sex was happening? I guess there were 2nd thoughts. Oh and ex-officer, you never, ever lie about what you did. It's ALWAYS worse when you don't own up to what you did!!! There is still no cure for stupid I guess!
