Women allegedly steals wallet at grocery store, leads police on a chase through three counties

That police officer and security needs to go back and train on how to detain a person. Security should have approach her to prevent any incident from happening in the first place and detain her if she did pick pocketed someones wallet. Security is pro-active not reactive.
