The comments at the end of the story are classic... "how can you arrest a man for public intoxication when he is on his own property?" The entire story was missed. This man called 911 13 times for no reason. When approached by LE he stepped out of his home, and proceeded to cause a scene with loud and profane language. If we started cracking down on the misuse of 911 I think that it would start to curve the problem that seems to be plaguing the nation.

Do you suppose he believed his city offered the services of tucking him in and assisting with his prayers?I believe this is one oif the major reasons leos and dispatchers get along so well;we are forced to have to tolerate the same morons.At times dispatchers and leos may argue or have differences on the air ,but in the long run it is vital to cooperateThere is a deep raport ,generally between the two.On my job four leos were married to dispatchers,I was one of them.
