Unfortunately some people do get convicted on statements alone. If he is innocent as it appears he is, the AG and the court need to work together to expedite his release...

sarge. i read the whole article i think the big point here by NCGirl is that he has already been ordered released but the state AG is still blocking his release... i think there probably more to it as in most cases same as you.

So she recanted...this does not mean he's innocent, just means theres a lot more to the story now and when he was convicted. People don't get convicted on statement's alone......a lot more to this!!
