when caught should have same treatment as the poor dog did
This is one sick POS who needs to be caught before he does this to a person, and as far as I'm concerned when caught he should be charged the same as if he did this to a person...
Ditto on the 'start off small' genre of serial killer. The fiend should be stripped, covered in honey and staked out on a red ant-hill in the heart of coyote territory.

So terrible sad.. like Suzanne, I can't read the article. The headline is enough. And MaxVirus, you are right. Most do start out by killing defenseless animals. That is why our laws need to be more harsh on animal abuse. There is something very wrong and disturbing about the mentality of someone who could torture an animal. Laws for animal abuse need to be Felony Laws. Period!
