    Train always wins, regardless of what you are driving. suspect driver needs a retest to see if he is suitable to continue driving.

    You know how it is Jonas....... Signs and in this case, railroad crossing arms, flashing red lights and the horn from said train are for everyone else but the idiot.

    As for not seeing the train..... the pic shows the scene and it does not appear to be a blind crossing. The driver would have had to work real hard to not see the train.

    This victim's "DUH" factor is alive and well.Probably the only part of his anatomy which is.I wonder how someone can "NOT " see a freeken locomotive,which is the size of three or four houses and according to my uncle(an engineer),weighs some 60,000 lbs. and is going 10 m.p.h.????????????? and blasting his everloven,ear splitting horn.???????
