To me, it sounds like entrapment. By opening the gartage door and waiting with a gun, then we only have thw survivors word on what the victim did and said.

It’s a shame that yahoos like this can jeopardize a law that benefits all honest citizens in defending themselves and their home. While the shooting may be justified as written, the slime-bucket should have stayed locked in the house with the cheating wife until the husband left and certainly should not have antagonized or provoked the husband...

The shooter should have called the cops and kept the garage door secured. Under the circumstances I am not certain that charges should not be filed. Hope to see a follow up on this one.
