Although I certainly do have an opinion on this, I'll keep it to myself for now and simply vote my conscience. The last time I started to get political here I got investigated at work over it. So.... I'll leave the politics for more "anonymous" forums.

I told my wife last week that I was going to get a sign for my property that says, "Honk if you think BOTH candidates SUCK!" The rear of my property faces the intersection of two county roads. My son wants to keep a running tally, figuring it will be a large number. Does that put me square in the center, Lonna?

Bump Lonna and Bump Dwight. the measure in my opinion of a person is to see through the fog. I have conversations with those who are friends of a different political persuation that can get quite heated but at the end of the day we are still friends and Americans that want the best for our country. it is what it is at least we know what we are working with! Please don't think your party or candidate is looking out for you. Smoke and mirrors. Who really is behind the curtain? The only folks in my opinion that are moving polls and whatever are those who have not taken the time to fact check their candidate or party. The last sound bite will render their choice. That is how communism worked. Let them eat cake for a week, then starve them the rest of the year and they will vote that idget in. We spend a whole lot of time on Facebook. We spend 30 seconds watching a commercial political type. Decisions are made by a 30 second soundbite that's sad truly sad for the American people

At least with Romney , America will retain it's Constitution that Obama has been dismantling from day one. If it was not for the "ULTIMATE SOCIALIST TED KENNEDY" Obama would never had been vetted. Even Steve Wonder can see Obamas "SOCIALIST POLICIES IN MOTION" . I don't think the United States will remain the United States if Obama gets re elected. IMHO
I also agree with Daesavmo , especially about Politicians selling out no matter what party !

Bump Darsavmo.

I wouldn't mind echoing those same words when another prolific submitter submits his 2,000th Anti POTUS conjecture filled articles from the far RW blogosphere's, which are usually selling something or soliciting donations.

There's WAY too much assuming here, in my humble opinion. i.e. Blue automatically equals Red ...Or, Military Personnel are automatically RW. There's a deceased Navy Seals Mom who by right is outraged that the RW is politicizing her sons death, this is disgusting coming from either side!

Members, Supports and even high ranking LEO's whom I know or work amongst, assert different political views. There are high ranking LEO's in Jersey who I Know, (and won't identity), that are center left.

That all said, we bark, taunt, squabble, joke and disagree, but our common ground is what choice will be best not only for us, but for our children's future.

Maybe it's a jersey thing, but at the end of the day, we still have a mutual respect even for those that don't mirror the same sentiments.
