Town Supervisor budgets himself a raise while cutting funding in Police Budget

I have personally seen this happen. It is remarkable how people such as this sleep at night.

Am curious as to how long this town supervisor will keep his job.In my home town the mayor,who won in a landslide election, kept jerking the Police Dept. around and soon lost in a landslide recall election.Perchance this is what this city needs.
