Mom charged after child wanders from home 4th time this month

I hope this woman is sleeping during the day because she is "hosting" men at night or doing drugs. If she is truly working long hours and sleeping when she can, you would think someone would volunteer to watch her child while she rested. I know how this can be. When my wife and I would work all the time, we needed a break and luckily someone in our family would watch our kids. I just hate that the kid kept getting out. Maybe some type of alarm could be installed, loud enough to wake the mom.
