Carnival Ride Operators Play on Cell Phone as Kids Enjoy Amusements

Should we really expect anything different? I remember when I was younger all the carnies would talk very vulgar to any woman who got on a ride they were operating. All they did was flirt with the women and do whatever they could to get a "hook up." They aren't the most respectable type of people.

During one of our big events here, the actual owner of the amusements would provide a list of employee names to the city police department to check for any warrants. That was always commendable of the owner. I would just love to read all their criminal historys.
