I applaud the judge, even though it wasnt for the following reason. To make youtube or the creator take it down is a direct violation of freedom of speech. While you may not agree with it, and neither do I, it is still covered by freedom of speech. If the govt takes this down then whats next? All the blogs that say anything negative about the govt? What about all the comments that are negative towards others. Where will it stop?
