It is refreshing to know that some departments out there in law enforcement care about integrity, dignity and respect for all no matter the situation and involvement. Professionalism first.
bump trooper borges.
Honestly , she didn't deserve that she was not agresive at all she was passive resisting , no need to slam her at all , good job for the Department that type of officers give us al a bad name
Let it play out in court.
Without knowing the Officer's discipline record and if there was an issue in the past. I would question if this was a fire-able offence. But I defiantly do not think it was an arrestable offence. in the Florida use of force matrix the amount of resistance she was offering justified empty hand, pepper spray, asp, or taser use. I also have an issue with supervisors using the video camera in the car for a "witch hunt" were no complaint is filed. The cameras are supposed to be there for criminal prosecution and to protect us from false allegations, not to look for us doing something wrong.
I dont know, i saw a little resisting, but questionable.
