Orange County Sheriff's Office accused of underreporting burglaries

I believe everybody would be shocked at how frequently this occurs and how widespread this is.Furthermore,it's not just burglaries and it is definately not just one agency.Skewering stats is one of the easiest things in the world to do and soooo very many ways to do it.I know it has been occuring for over forty years.If anybody doesn't believe this please let me know and I will send you a P.M. with explaination.
