Jonas your clarification is in your PM.
As the first 2 commenters said, it is amazing how liberals want freedom of speech for themselves but not for opposing viewpoints, and love to twist what others say. i didn't see Cathy hating homosexuals, just opposing gay marriage.
Indeed bump to the Cathy family and all my friends here.I am definately not ashamed of my Christian values nor my flag waving stance.
I am in complete agreement also. I will be eating there today to show my support.
Please explain (not you Jonas). I am in total agreement with this!
Regardless of who his statement was made, it is a privately held company run by a man who has a certain set of beliefs, who spoke on his beliefs and is now standing behind them. Last I checked this is the United States of America where a person has freedom of speech. Chick-Fil-A is a major supporter of Christian organizations across this country. It is the ONLY major food chain that closes on Sunday's because the owner believes the day to be holy. If you do not like what the man said (not you Jonas) then don't patronize the business. Personally I appreciate what the man said and ate at one this past Saturday. Thank you to the Cathy family for standing up for what you believe in! It's about time someone did!
Funny how some who speak tolerance can be so intolerance towards people who have a different view than theirs. Cathy's comment was made to a christian publication not the main stream media.
