The girl's story looks cooked up.
Wonder what sort of trouble she created in school that was great enough for her parents to request help from the police.

I work a lot of these cases and I would like to know how it was reported. That means a lot to me. If they went to the Police first it always sends a flag up. If they disclose during therapy then I put a little more credence to what they say.
It certainly is possible but another thing I have found is that at 49 years old if he did this kind of thing it would not have been the first time. Have there been any other complaints or indications? If not another flag goes up.
It's not my case but I hope whoever is working it turns over every stone that can be and if the evidence says so then this guy needs to be fired in disgrace and put in prison.

I really hope that this is not true. If he did do this then take his badge away and send him to jail for the max. If not, then he needs to be vindicated and his name totally cleared so this cloud will not hover over him or his name. This a very good chance this girl is lying so it is possible she has made these accusations to get this officer into trouble. I want proof, cold hard proof such as the Capt. Confessing, someone witnessing this event, DA or description or seeing something unique about his privates that she could not have known If she made this up. I am willing to give the Capt. the benefit of the doubt right now, if she is lying then she needs to not only apologize, but probably serve time or at least Community Service for trying to destroy this Officer.
