NC TROOPER SHOOTS AND KILLS DRIVER WITH HANDGUN DURING TRAFFIC STOP

A dangerous stop with an elderly person. Whiskey courage is a dangerous phenomenon that is totally unpredictable. When the driver would do sober and buzzed is the difference between life or death. Trooper does job correctly and goes home safely one more time.

Deadly physical force JUSTIFIED!
Bump Robo & darsavmo. Bad guys have no hesitation about pulling the trigger and most of us have been schooled in how likely we are to be sued. This hesitation may result in an officers death. We as law enforcement officers can never assume a criminal is unarmed until they have been thoroughly searched!
