Don't you just love it when all you U.S. Attorney's offices,District Attorneys,City Prosecutors offices tell the public that the cases are being studied for possible charges?Especially when one can vividly see all the evidence that has been gathered against the perp,such as in this case.Especially against an important public figure,such as this.Well sports fans,it's San Fransicko,what can one expect?I'm just taking a wild guess that charges will NOT be filed.
