this is so sad r.i.p.
Prayers to her whole family, both blood and blue.
My condolences to her family. May she rest in peace.
Very sad. Rest In Peace.
First, RIP to the Officer and condolences to her family.
Now with reference to the other article about Denver Police Officers needing to reapply for their jobs, was this one of those complacent officers who you would not have rehired, or is this one of the officers you would have rehired under your plan after you made the Officer jump through hoops to keep her job, and/or was this Officer somehow distracted from her job thinking about all she will need to do in order to re-apply to keep her job? Maybe the Denver Police CHief needs to rethink his plan of dealing with a few complacent Officers so as not to include all the brave and hard working police officers like this Officer...
These types of gatherings ALWAYS bring the scum of the earth around. We officers hated them in my town because, without fail ,they invited drinking, shootings, cuttings and stabbings.Rest in Peace my sister and may God be with those left behind.Such a shame the suspect is still breathing. If the businesses who put on these events in these cities weren't so everloven greedy for the almighty American buck this type of tragedy would not occur.
