Trusting an inmate, this has nothing to do with trusting an inmate. This was a criminal act whether she agreed to it or not and he broke the law, disgraced his badge, and violated his oath.
It is bad enough when inmates make false accusations or accusations which cannot be proven one way or another, but he freely admitted to this and now he has put the integrity of all Deputy Sheriff's and othe LE in question! No excuses...
Why would anyone, especially a LEO, trust an inmate? Just read all of the outcomes of similar instances of career suicide not to mention living in a correctional facility for a long time.
