I'm glad the father got there in time to defend his child.
Is Texas law so rare? I would think lots of other states would also not prosecute under circumstances like these.

There is justice and just us! My prayers for the child and the Father. Dad did what Dads DO!
The child may need some therapy. I don't blame the Dad for his actions.
Never a doubt in my mind. Still, I think the Dad is taking it too hard that he killed this worthless POS. I hope and pray the little girl forgets all about this incident.
